About Brookmont Funding
Does Brookmont Funding lend money?
No. Brookmont Funding is a broker, not a lender.
Where is the business?
610 S 6th St, Terre Haute, IN 47807, in Vigo County. Phone (812) 286-1851.
Which fields are on the online request form?
Full name, email, phone and business name, three drop-downs (time in business, annual revenue, amount requested) and a consent box. Talk of the purpose waits for our call. The four steps explain what follows.
Picking an option
Which option is right for my business?
Start from the purpose and the repayment pattern your cash flow can carry. The comparison page sets the six side by side.
Is money from a cash advance funder really a loan?
No. It is a sale of future receipts, collected until a fixed total is remitted. The advance page shows how to work out the cost.
Do you arrange SBA loans or grants?
No. Brookmont Funding does not arrange SBA loans and does not offer grants. Free advisers can explain those routes; see our guides.
LLCs, sole owners and paying yourself
Will partners lend to an Indiana LLC?
Yes. Partners lend to LLCs regularly. Expect them to ask for the company's records and, in most cases, a personal guarantee from the owners, especially when the LLC is young.
Can business funding go toward the owner's own pay?
Funding arranged through us has to serve the business. Paying yourself a reasonable salary as part of running the business can be one of them, but borrowing simply to take money out is something to discuss with your accountant and the partner before you apply.
Should an owner borrow personally to fund a Terre Haute, IN business?
Some owners do, especially very early on. It puts the debt in your name rather than the company's, and it does nothing to build the business's own credit history. Brookmont Funding does not arrange personal loans of any kind.
Vigo County, Indiana questions
Do you work with businesses outside Terre Haute, IN?
Yes, by phone and online, across Vigo County and nearby Indiana counties. The service area page names the nearby Indiana towns.
Do you fund farms or trucking companies?
No. Agriculture and trucking requests fall outside our scope. Work vans and pickups for trades and practices are a different matter; see equipment financing.
Where can I read more?
The Brookmont blog has longer articles on hiring, bank statements and equipment terms.
